Abstract:

As the third largest provider of financial information in Europe, SIX Telekurs is managing hundreds of stakeholder requests each month. SIX faced the challenge to improve the business analysis and request management practices and to reduce the rework in the development. Instead of deploying a new process, SIX and EVOCEAN started a continuous improvement initiative. It is based on the competencies and motivation of the business analysis teams, so that they will drive the change. In this presentation, no particular requirements management or business analysis techniques will be discussed, but the change project used to establish and continuously improve them will be shared.
